(ASP)Accredited Staging Professional- Professionals trained to use staging guidelines to prepare a house to sell for top dollar in the least amount of time.

 

(SRS)Seller Representative Specialist- is the premiere seller agency designation, conferred by the SRS Council, recognizing real estate professionals who have completed special education in seller representation.

 

(e-PRO)Internet Professional REALTORŪ-  completed training that entails working with Real Estate on the internet.  An e-PRO knows where to find a property and how to sell property on the internet.

 

(RSPS)Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist- A certified RSPS has completed training to assist persons interested in buying or selling a second-home or income investment property.  Specialists assist their clients in making informed decisions to benefit the person's investment.
